Shipping and Returns
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders within 1-2 business days to prepare them for shipment.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order once it’s been processed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates by the carrier.
DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to make corrections prior to shipping. Copperwell is not responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. For any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. You may also contact us at care@livecopperwell.com with your order number and issue for further guidance on recovering your shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at care@livecopperwell.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment. For any damaged or defective items, please notify us by email within 14 days, including a photo of the issue. We offer a replacement or full refund for items confirmed to be defective or damaged. Approved returns for non-damaged items will be refunded for the purchase amount, less shipping charges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging (protective wrapping and box) to qualify for a refund.
